We have moved away from 3rd party manufacturing arrangements, and opted to develop, manufacture, and fulfill our own machines.

This recent development means that we will be able to finally offer a complete workstation solution for wheel engraving on a fiber laser system at a price point that businesses can afford!

Rotary Tool

Production Station Rotary Device

An industrial-grade rotary device is included with each Laser Workstation purchase.

The rotary device includes a self-centering chuck.

  • 3 available rotary models:
  • Stage 1 Rotary: for handling 14" (35.56cm) through 18" (45.72cm) wheel diameters
  • Stage 2 Rotary: for handling 14" (35.56cm) through 24" (60.96cm) wheel diameters
  • Stage 3 Rotary: for handling 14" (35.56cm) through 32" (81.28cm) wheel diameters
  • Custom fixturing plate optional; purchased separately (You can create your own custom fixturing. We just provide clients with our own fixturing tool that we developed as an option).

Fume Extraction

Fume control is necessary for any laser engraving operation.

There are many options for dedicated fume extraction systems, however, if your operation has much greater needs than we can provide, we may need to refer you to a company that would specialize high volume/capacity fume extraction systems.
