Basic Shipping Overview:
Domestic U.S. delivery can take up to 7 days, from the date of shipment, depending on services selected, your geographic location, and the time of year that your purchase was made.
Upgraded shipping services (Priority Mail and higher) do not have any bearing, or effect on order fulfillment.
Date-guaranteed deliveries are only available with Next Day Air, Express, and Overnight services (delivery date guaranteed services only affect the delivery, once an order has been fulfilled and shipped).
No other mail delivery service comes with a delivery date guarantee (even 2-Day, or Priority Mail services), so
Products that are exempt from free shipping offers will state clearly in the 'Shipping' tab, that they are exempt from those offers in the 'Ordering' information. This will typically apply to very heavy products (such as custom commemorative bricks) that may require shipping by freight, as opposed to traditional mail/package carrier services.
Free Shipping Offers:
Laser My Wheels may, at its discretion, offer free shipping on its goods and services. Regardless of any promotion, offer, or coupon discount, there are exemptions to such offers:
- Items that must be shipped by frieght due to combined weight that exceeds 70lbs for domestic U.S. orders, and 40lbs for International orders. (Typically, very heavy items, like commemorative custom engraved bricks).
- Products that are purchased through our Fundraiser/Wholesale programs (Products purchased through these programs are eligible for separate shipping discounts/promos that are not a part of our normal Retail discount programs).
All free shipping offers are provided for orders that are shipped to a single address.
Orders that are requested to be split, distributed, divided, or shipped to separate addressees will forfeit any and all free shipping offers, and each component of the order to be shipped will be subject to shipping charges.
Invoices will be adjusted with the shipping charges, and fulfillment will be placed on hold until after payment has been received.
Product/Orders Damaged, or Lost in Transit:
All orders fulfilled by our shop are insured. If you receive product that has arrived broken, or damaged in transit, do not throw away the items, or any of the packaging.
In the event that product arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, please reach out to us, so that we can provide you with the information that you will need to submit an insurance claim.
There are two options available for refund or replacement of damaged, or lost shipments, but they require going through the insurance claims process:
Option A - Refund: If you wish to receive money back on your damaged order, a claim with the insurance carrier, or shipment insurance provider will need to be filed. Please contact us at sales@lasermywheels.com to receive information about your order, and which carrier, or 3rd party insurance provider you will need to contact in order to file your claim. You may be asked to provide proof of the broken product, and packaging, so retain all packaging, packing, and damaged product until the claims process has been completed.
Option B - Replacement: As we retain copies of your order's design and cut files, providing a replacement is easy to do, but we will need to file the insurance claim before any replacement product can be sent out. You will need to provide us with images of the damaged/broken product, as well as the packaging/box that it arrived in (interior and exterior photos). You can send these to us at sales@lasermywheels.com along with your order number to expedite the filing process, so that we can send out your replacement product as soon as possible.
In the event that your order is lost, or not delivered, insurance also provides coverage in these unfortunate instances, however, each carrier has different requirements for when lost mail claims can be filed.
If you believe that your order has been lost, go ahead and contact us, and provide us with your order information, and we will provide you with next steps.
Rush Order Servicing:
We no longer offer any rush order, or priority placement fulfillment services. All orders are fulfilled in the order that they are received, on a first come, first served basis.
International Shipping:
Delivery ETAs are not available for economy level shipping services. Typical delivery for most countries is 2-3 weeks, but no promise or implication of guarantee of delivery times are provided by Laser My Wheels.
Date-guaranteed, money back services are only available on the highest level of delivery service with most carriers.
Your purchase will be subject to the import laws for your country.
Your purchase may also be subject to value added tax (VAT) and duties.
Imposed VAT and duties by the country of the recipient are the responsibility of the Purchaser, or Customer, and not that of Laser My Wheels.
Please pay close attention to the tracking information for your shipment, and be aware of communications by your country's customs agents.
The communications by your country's customs agents will inform you how to settle any VAT and duties, so that your shipment may be released for delivery.
In the event that VAT and duties are not settled by the customer, the product may be shipped back to our shop, in the U.S. In such an event, the customer will be required to purchase another shipment label in order to ship the product.
If the product is not sent back to us, or held by import customs due to non-payment of import VAT and duties, no refund will be issued, as the responsibility to settle VAT with the customs agency for the country of import lies with the addressee/customer who placed the order.
If you receive defective product, or product that was damaged/broken in transit, please contact us at sales@lasermywheels.com and provide details of the product, as it was received, the nature of the defect, as well as any photographs that show the damaged/broken product.
Under normal circumstances orders received for replacement by 12 PM, PST will be shipped out the same day.
You can find the shipping costs of the product you are purchasing by entering your mailing information during the checkout process, however, VAT is not determined, or disclosed by any entity, other than your country's customs/import agency.
Shipping Carrier Equivalency and Substitutions:
We reserve the right to substitute the carrier that has been selected at the time of purchase, as long as the service being substituted for carrier's stated delivery fulfillment is equivalent, or better than the service that was selected by the customer.
ie. If a customer selects USPS Priority Mail service, which has a delivery window of 1-3 days (depending on the region relative to our shop location), and we are being offered a better rate, for the same (or in some cases faster) service speed by a competing carrier, we may elect to substitute the carrier, so long as the reported delivery time by that carrier is the same, or greater than the delivery service that was chosen by the customer (and as long as the address is being reported, or shown as "deliverable" by the carrier) without notice.

All delivery times are subject to shipping carrier's ability to make delivery.
Laser My Wheels is not responsible for shipping/delivery delays due to carrier mishandling and negligence.
