How It Works

Outlined below is a step by step description for onboarding; from first phone call, through setup and optional training.

Step 1: Ordering Equipment

From first call to equipment delivery

  • Initial sales consultation (optional).
  • Laser Workstation ordered online, or via Purchase Order/Direct Invoicing.
  • Laser Workstation manufactured in Vancouver, WA.
  • Equipment tested and calibrated prior to shipment.
  • Shipping estimates currently 1-2 months after order has been placed.
  • Laser Workstation arrives at Client facility.
  • Self-service equipment setup.
  • Familiarity training facilitated through topic-based videos published on Rumble and YouTube.
  • Optional service for onsite set up and familiarity training services facilitated by an LMW tech are available.

Step 2: Optional Certified Training Module (Availability TBA)

users who purchase optional certified training services

  • Available to existing equipment owners, or new clients.
  • New clients notify LMW that they have received the equipment, verified the Laser Workstation is installed, and in working order, and are ready to schedule Certified Training.
  • LMW Technician is dispatched to client facility to provide Certified Training.
  • Onsite training period of 2-weeks.
  • Client will be fully trained in how to develop design files for processing automotive wheels in a laser engraving system.
  • Clients who complete the course will be issued a training certification, with a unique alphanumeric identifier, and be added to our searchable database of Certified Shops.
