Production Station Rotary Device

An industrial-grade rotary device is included with each (fully equipped) Laser Workstation purchase.

This backlash-free rotary device includes a self-centering chuck.

  • 3 available rotary models:
  • Stage 1 Rotary: for handling 15" (35.56cm) through 20" (45.72cm) wheel diameters
  • Stage 2 Rotary: for handling 15" (35.56cm) through 24" (60.96cm) wheel diameters
  • Stage 3 Rotary: for handling 15" (35.56cm) through 32" (81.28cm) wheel diameters
  • Custom fixturing plate optional; purchased separately (You can create your own custom fixturing. We just provide clients with our own fixturing system that was developed as an off-the-shelf option).

There are many options for dedicated fume extraction systems, however, if your operation has much greater needs than we can provide, we may need to refer you to a company that would specialize high volume/capacity fume extraction systems.
