Process Training

The focus of this module is on processing automotive wheels in a laser engraving application.

  • Module duration: 4 business days
  • 1 "setup wheel" will be required
  • "Setup wheel" will be sacrificed as a requirement of the programming process (it will no longer be in a condition that can be sold to a consumer)

Graphic Design

Graphic Design Training

This module provides direct training in the utilization of modern graphic design software so that your designs will be correctly read and interpreted by the control software, so that it will retain its proper appearance and scale when the design is ultimately transferred to your wheel.

  • Module duration: 1 business day
  • Includes 1-seat license to a powerful graphic design suite
  • License good for 1-year

Programming

Programming Training

This module focuses on utilizing and maximizing the powerful control software in order to successfully laser engrave automotive wheels.

  • Module duration: 4 business days
  • In-depth and technical training in programming and configuration using LightBurn control software

Post-Processing

Training Wrap-Up

At the end of training, our onsite technician will supervise your now-trained staff as they fully setup, and process an automotive wheel for laser engraving, from start to finish.

  • Training Acknowledgement Form required for sign-off prior to LMW Tech departure, from your facility
